| This is what our custmers have to say about us:  Reviewed November 2, 2011 When I called to make a reservation, I was greeted by Cinda Doll, the park manager who efficiently gathered my information and wished us safe travels. We arrived later than expected but were met as though we were friends. A health issued caused a need for medical help and Cinda guided us in exactly the right direction, requesting that we keep her posted no matter the hour. When we were ready to leave we found out that Cinda had only been there for a few weeks. Wow, her employer certainly has an asset in her and we are most grateful for the time spent in this friendly park. “Great Oasis” Reviewed August 13, 2011 NEW We have been on our trip from Yosemite to Las Vegas and the night came faster than expected. Our Tom Tom told us about an RV Park in Fresno and we called them: She was on the phone and invited us very friendly to arrive whenever we will be able to. On our arrival at 9:30 pm the her first action was to allow us a bath in the really cool pool despite the usual opening times until 9 pm. We are a family of 5 persons, so this was exactly what we needed. Furthermore we have to mention the really loveliest restrooms we ever saw on our whole trip (LA, SF, Yosemite, Fresno, LV, 29 Palms, SanDiego) - the only restriction we had to deal with is that there ist only one restroom for women and men, but we think that they will fix this within 2011. But please do not misunderstand: Everything is lovely and clean!

Reviewed July 29, 2011NEW This was the first night on a first time RV holiday. We arrived tired after a long trip from Las Vegas. They were great and quickly got us parked and helped us hitch up. As novices they were patient and welcoming. It is a shame that we only had one night there. We stayed in eight parks in all in our 2200 mile trip around Caliornia and it was by far the cleanest and friendliest park. Wish we had had you the following night as it was a bit daunting....but we got the hang of things eventially. Thank you and if we are in your neck of the wooods again we will be back. MelHollid... She goes above and beyond to make people feel welcome, the grounds are well kept and the pool is great. Never used the bathroom but had a look and it is georgeous. I would love to stay here again and will if we ever go through Fresno again. We stayed from March to July on business. Reviewed June 18, 2011 We stayed here between trips to Yosemite and Kings Canyon/Sequoia National Parks. What a gem! Nice shade trees, pretty flowers everywhere -- even a pool and wireless Internet service. The managers are the friendliest and most helpful we've encountered in 5 years of full-time RV'ing. Thanks for everything! And the bathrooms are absolutely immaculate! We'll definitely stay here again the next time we're in Fresno. From: SANDY CEFALU

I wanted to say THANK YOU to the Manager who did everything she could to make room for our RV. Her RV park was completely full and we were coming in to town for a softball tournament and she did everything she could to accomodate our RV. The park was very well groomed, clean and everyone was very friendly! I will definitely be calling her again the next time we know we are heading back down to Fresno. A great place to stay! I would DEFINITELY recommend FRESNO MOBILE HOME AND RV PARK to anyone! THANK YOU FOR A VERY PLEASANT STAY,WE SPENT OVER 3 WEEKS WITH YOU IN APRIL/MAY AND THOROUGHLY ENJOYED IT.

ENGLAND. Date of review: May 10, 2011- New 2 people found this review helpful We chose this particular RV park because it was the closest to our venue, and I’m so glad we did. We had a nice “pull” through spot for our Tailspins bus which was pulling our 26 foot toy hauler. So that is a pretty big unit to have to park. We also team members that their pick-up and trailer next to us. The location was perfect. Very close to the restrooms. I was very impressed with the restrooms. They were very CLEAN and nice and roomy. It had two showers, one of which was very big and the other one was a normal size shower unit. Nice double sink area. Two private restroom stalls. Two of our people in our group took advance of the great showers. We had a problem with the toilet in our toy hauler and couldn’t use our toilet the last day we were there. So we were very thankful for the nice clean restrooms to use.
Lisa, the manager, of the RV Park was so friendly and helpful which made our stay even better. We ran out of ice for our two ice chests, and Lisa gave us enough ice to get us through for our 2nd day of the tournament. She went above and beyond the call of duty, and we so appreciated her help.
The pool looked really inviting too – next time I’m bringing my swimsuit!
I would HIGHLY recommend the Fresno Mobile Home and RV Park to anyone planning to stay in the Fresno area. We will most likely stay there again for next year’s SPCA Flyball Tournament.

Bakersfield, CA Date of review: May 11, 2011- New We had a great stay at the park. They were very nice and helpful. The park was clean and well maintained. Close to freeway, fast food, restaurants, store. I will be staying there again. Date of review: May 12, 2011- New The manager was SUPER, as in Super Terrific! She went out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She was so nice and so concerned about her tenants/guests. She worked very hard to keep the grounds looking nice and the areas, ESPECIALLY THE BATHROOMS, clean, neat and in working order. She assisted us in locating and parking our truck/RV combos, provided us with ice when we ran out so that we didn't have to leave to go to the store, and checked in with us when she saw us outside walking our dogs. She was very friendly and helpful.
Date of review: May 11, 2011- New We had a large group of both people and dogs to accomodate. The park manager was wonderful and more helpful than any other place I've ever stayed. She anticipated our needs and was ahead of us in meeting them. The park was clean, well groomed and very easy to navigate. Lisa was friendly and very helpful with local travel directions, she was a true professional and made us feel both safe and welcome in the park. JM we went on the internet to find an rv park and came across this one.what a great place..lisa and allan were our hosts who welcomed us in great fashion..great spot....talk about spa bathrooms...they have them...lisa even offered coffee for us in the morning..highly recommend...tell them we sent you...enjoy..jan and dave from british columbia...canada Mon 3/28/11 8:58 AM Such a find - We had reservations in a nearby park but did not fit in the space so they called this park to see if they had space. It is so pretty, great landscaping. Not a huge park, but very clean and WONDERFUL owner and staff. There is a pool as well. We highly recommend this park. Hi, Just want to let you know, that you have the greatest people managing your park. Our stay was very pleasant because of the condition of the park and because of the managers. She called me this morning in Yosemite and told me that a package had come for me from our mail forwarding service. They had sent it to the wrong address. We stayed at your park for a few days while in Fresno at a State Tournament for Babe Ruth Baseball. We would like to thank you for your hospitality. It was nice to feel welcome when we came there and also you were very willing to help out with whatever we needed. Our kids met a little boy named William who lived there and would like his address for mail delivery to keep in touch if at all possible.Thanks again and we would recommend you to anyone staying in the area.
